Acceptance

By downloading or using VEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VEO for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content. Use VEO responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within VEO are owned by VEO and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Subscriptions

VEO offers two optional auto-renewing monthly subscription tiers that unlock additional features:

Subscription Tiers

• VEO Plus -- $1.99 per month: online multiplayer, unlimited challenges, timed mode, 60+ curated images, clue categories, and progressive clues.
• VEO Smart -- $4.99 per month: everything in VEO Plus, plus AI scene generator, AI clue suggestions, and AI temperature feedback.

Billing & Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rates listed above. Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to currency conversion and local taxes.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You may be charged up to 24 hours before the start of the next billing period.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or through the App Store app.
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials

VEO may offer free trial periods for subscriptions from time to time. If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price change will take effect in the billing period following notice to you. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

AI-Generated Content

VEO Smart subscribers may access AI-powered features that generate scenes, clue suggestions, and feedback. AI-generated content is provided for in-game use only. You may not extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Global Challenges & Leaderboards

By participating in Global Challenges, you acknowledge that your gamertag, country code, avatar, and gameplay statistics (points, wins, streaks, completion times) are publicly visible on leaderboards. Do not use a gamertag that reveals personal information. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate gamertags without notice.

Account Linking

You may optionally link your account via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or Email for account recovery and cross-device access. Account linking is governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. VEO is not responsible for third-party authentication services.

Disclaimer

VEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEO and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VEO at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Any active subscription may be cancelled by us in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
